Burson UAE is seeking enthusiastic and driven Grad Trainees to join our dynamic team in Dubai! This is an entry-level opportunity for bright minds ready to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of integrated communications. As a Grad Trainee with Burson, you will gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of integrated communications. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to agency life, offering exposure to real client work and strategic campaigns. You'll have the unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to projects spanning sectors such as Consumer & Brand, Data & Intelligence, Corporate, Technology, Mobility & Transport, Health & Wellness, Government & Public Affairs, and Destination.

What you'll do:

  • Assist senior team members with daily account management tasks and client support.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, media landscapes, and client competitors.
  • Draft initial versions of press releases, social media content, and internal communications.
  • Monitor media coverage and social conversations, compiling reports for client updates.
  • Support in building and maintaining media lists, journalist contacts, and influencer databases.
  • Help coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings and managing administrative tasks.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives.
  • Learn to utilize Burson's data and intelligence tools, assisting with basic data collection and analysis.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Recent graduate with an interest in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Data Analytics.
  • Demonstrated passion for the communications industry through academic projects, volunteer work, or internships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Strong research abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their role in communication
