As Chief Client Officer at Burson Group India, Kapil focuses on strengthening relationships with the firm’s key clients, and driving sustained growth, client retention and long-term value creation. He also leads new business development efforts across high-growth sectors including automotive, aviation, travel, manufacturing, renewable energy, and professional services.
Over the years, Kapil has led award-winning initiatives such as #CommittedToServe - recognized globally among the Top 40 campaigns worldwide; #DiscoverMore with Poetry - a breakthrough storytelling platform that won more than 20 industry awards; and Ford #Cartesy - a behaviour-change movement focused on road safety and responsible driving.
