More About Zoë Holder
Zoë is a senior strategic communications advisor with 20 years’ experience building resilience and reputation across complex, regulated, and multi-market environments. She advises organisations, governments, and leaders on the intersection of business, politics, economics, and reputation.
She has held senior roles across government, in-house, and leading consultancies, delivering global campaigns, corporate and public affairs strategies, and high-stakes issues management. Her work spans integrated communications across corporate, policy, stakeholder, and shareholder audiences, as well as change management, marcomms, geopolitics, trade and supply chains, CSR, and go-to-market strategy – supporting multinationals, international organisations, NGOs, and C-suite leaders.
Previously, Zoë was Head of International, Trade and Legal Services Campaigns and Strategic Communications at the UK Ministry of Justice, and part of the National Security Communications Team, with earlier roles across key government departments including the Cabinet Office, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and diplomatic missions. She has advised ministers, foreign leaders, and senior executives, facilitated international partnerships and trade agreements, and represented the UK at major global institutions.
Zoë holds an MA in Political Communications from the University of London, studied Strategic Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, and lectures on market entry and launch strategies for innovation and tech startups.
