With 13 years of extensive experience, Federica has a proven track record across in-house leadership within a Fortune 500 US manufacturing company, Brussels advocacy, and top-tier international law firms. She leverages her deep expertise to advise on ESG, circular economy, digital product passports, green public procurement, and industrial policy, helping organisations shape strategies and engage effectively with EU institutions.

Prior to joining Burson in May 2026, Federica held multiple leadership roles including Chair of the Tech-Fab Europe Sustainability Committee and as a board member of EuCiA, representing the European Composite industry. She also served as Senior Policy Director at the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment, where she represented positions before EU institutions and international bodies such as the Montreal Protocol and UNFCCC. Federica was also a board member of the Alliance of Energy Efficiency in Brussels, further deepening her understanding of EU policymaking and its impact on the industrial landscape.
