She is passionate about fostering collaboration across disciplines and advancing the role of sport in driving social impact.

Since joining the Burson team in 2024, she has been involved in supporting strategic communication initiatives for major sport event bids, such as the FIFA World Cup and UEFA Women’s EUROs, as well as collaborating with cities on hosting strategies.

Erin holds a Master’s in Sport Management and Technology from the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology (AISTS) in Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as a post-graduate diploma in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.
