More about the role:

As an Associate – Employer Branding & Digital Presence, you will serve as an insourced extended team member insourced within the client's HR ecosystem. This is not a traditional HR communications role - it is a brand-first position that sits at the intersection of employer branding strategy, digital storytelling, and talent marketing.

You will be responsible for building and sustaining a compelling, consistent, and differentiated employer brand narrative. Working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders within the client team, you will translate the organization's people story into high-impact digital content, targeted recruitment marketing, and meaningful internal communications that reinforce culture from the inside out.

What you'll do:

Employer Brand Strategy & Digital Presence

  • Own and champion employer brand across all digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms — ensuring a consistent, authentic, and compelling brand voice at all times.
  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns that reflect the organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and resonate with target talent audiences across experience levels and functions.
  • Build and maintain a content strategy and editorial calendar that brings the employer brand to life — spanning hiring campaigns, culture spotlights, employee milestones, leadership narratives, and organisational milestones.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and engagement across channels; respond to queries and comments in a timely, brand-consistent manner that reinforces as an employer.
  • Track, analyse, and report on employer brand performance metrics regularly; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and employer branding best practices — proactively identifying opportunities to sharpen and differentiate client's brand presence.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop visually compelling, on-brand assets that elevate the quality and consistency of digital communications.
  • Drive employee advocacy initiatives that activate employees as authentic brand ambassadors across digital platforms.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools across content ideation, planning, and creation workflows to enhance output quality and operational efficiency

Talent Marketing and Job Portal Presence Management:

  • Manage client's presence across all active job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, and others) through an employer branding lens, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the organisation's brand accurately and compellingly.
  • Monitor recruitment marketing analytics including job views, application volumes, and source tracking; share regular performance summaries with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend emerging platforms and talent marketing strategies to strengthen employer brand reach among target candidate pools.

Internal Communications:

  • Plan, draft, and distribute internal communications on behalf of the HR team — including policy updates, onboarding communications, town hall materials, employee engagement campaigns, recognition communications, and cultural moments — ensuring every message is on-brand and reinforces the internal employee experience.
  • Maintain an internal communications calendar aligned to key HR priorities, people milestones, and the organizational calendar.
  • Ensure all communications are reviewed, approved, and accurate before distribution, maintaining credibility and brand integrity.
  • Curate and maintain employer brand and HR content on internal platforms such as SharePoint — including policies, FAQs, org charts, and cultural content that supports the employee journey.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • 2-3 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Exposure to job portals and recruitment marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor).
  • Experience in internal communications, including drafting employee-facing content and managing communication calendars.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
  • Should possess effective communication skills – especially written, oral and presentation skills
