NEW YORK, August 12, 2025 – Burson, the global communications leader built to purpose-built to create value for clients through reputation, today announced that Faith Vernick, Executive Vice President and Head of Media Partnerships, has been named to PRWeek’s annual “40 Under 40” list that celebrates the best young talent the industry has to offer.
A five-year veteran of the firm, Vernick began her career in advertising with Austin, Texas-based GSD&M, working on clients including Ace Hardware, Campbell’s and Southwest Airlines. She later moved to The Martin Agency, leading global integrated marketing campaigns for OREO across 27 markets. From there she moved to New York to lead Nissan’s integrated media campaigns for TBWA\Chiat\Day.
Vernick then joined Burson as an Account Director on the agency’s Integrated Marketing Solutions team. She quickly recognized an opportunity to create more strategic cohesion between content creation and media buying and established the agency’s standalone Media Partnerships offering that drives end-to-end paid partnerships.
Vernick also founded Burson’s Young Professionals (YoPRo) Employee Resource Group (ERG) to facilitate mentorship and skills-building among early-career colleagues. YoPRo rapidly became one of Burson’s most popular ERGs, with a membership of more than 100 in the U.S.
“Faith is a rising leader who truly exemplifies what it means to be a Burson Person as she lives and breathes every one of our values: Curiosity, Camaraderie, Craft and Counsel,” said Craig Buchholz, U.S. CEO, Burson. “From her unbridled initiative to her boundless creativity to keen strategic mind, Faith is a natural leader and exactly the type of mentor our young colleagues should model in their career development. I couldn’t be happier for Faith to receive this wonderful industry recognition.”
