With over 15 years of experience in Brussels, Dimitri has developed a deep and nuanced understanding of EU public affairs and policy, particularly within the technology sector. He provides strategic advice to both European and international clients on critical regulatory and policy challenges, guiding them through complex legislative frameworks and helping them build effective advocacy strategies. Dimitri’s work spans multiple facets of digital policy, from navigating competition law and antitrust issues to advising on data protection, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Before joining Burson, Dimitri held key roles within the European Commission and various trade associations, where he specialised in technology, energy, and transport policy.
