Sarah has over ten years of experience in public affairs and communications, a deep understanding of chemicals, circular economy EU regulatory landscape, and a view of the broader EU sustainability policy landscape. She’s also worked on global chemicals and circularity regulation (Stockholm Convention, Basel Convention). Sarah previously worked for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki, for several Brussels-based associations, such as the campaigning association Fire Safe Europe, as well as for Burson.

Most recently, Sarah worked as Senior Public Affairs Manager for VinylPlus and the European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers (ECVM), where she supported the PVC industry’s commitment to circularity and sustainability. In her role at VinylPlus and ECVM, she specifically worked on the Global Plastics Treaty negotiations, elaborating positions and engaging with industry stakeholders and policy-makers.
