Anatoliy manages daily operations of the firm’s Ukraine office and provides senior-level client counseling on matters related to market strategy, domestic and international policy, issue resolution, and crisis management. Anatoliy carries over 12 years of experience in government relations, public relations and business advocacy delivered to dozens of multinational companies.

More About Anatoliy Khomenko

Before his appointment in 2023, Anatoliy worked as an Expert promoted to corporate-level Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Strategy Division at Ukrainian telecom operator lifecell, where he shaped and presented the company’s stance on relevant regulatory issues to key government and industry stakeholders.

Prior to that, Anatoliy worked with Hill & Knowlton for close to 10 years, assisting client companies on government, regulatory, and public policy issues in energy, agriculture, financial services, transportation, retail, IT and telecom sectors. In addition, Anatoliy has multi-year experience delivering Hill & Knowlton trainings on media relations, public speaking and public affairs to corporate clients and international organizations.

Anatoliy graduated Washington and Lee University summa cum laude with a B.A. in International Politics and East Asian Languages and Literatures (Chinese). In 2011, Anatoliy interned for two leading Washington, D.C. think-tanks: Center for Political-Military Analysis at Hudson Institute and Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies, Russian and Eurasian Studies at The Heritage Foundation (Washington, D.C.).
