A seasoned marketing, advertising, and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience, Beth Marrano has a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and developing award-winning integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
Beth joined Burson in 2021, bringing a unique perspective shaped by a career spanning some of the world's leading advertising and communications agencies. Her experience leading large-scale, global client relationships across marketing, branding, digital transformation, corporate reputation, and customer engagement enables her to help clients and teams navigate increasingly complex business and communications challenges.
Prior to Burson, Beth held senior leadership roles at Publicis New York, where she served as Head of Account Management and led the Citi business. There, she oversaw a broad portfolio of work including global brand strategy, sponsorships, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Earlier in her career, Beth held leadership roles at R/GA and Digitas, where she managed integrated marketing, innovation, and digital transformation programs for blue-chip brands including Walmart, General Motors, American Express, JPMorgan Chase, and Gap Inc.
Today, Beth focuses on accelerating Burson's growth agenda, strengthening the firm's market presence, expanding strategic client relationships, and helping organizations harness the power of communications, marketing, reputation, and technology to drive business results.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
