More About Carly Michaels
Carly currently leads digital strategy across Novo Nordisk’s unbranded, branded, and corporate work, overseeing paid media, creative development and integrated campaign execution. Her healthcare experience spans Obesity, Oncology, Vaccines, Rare Disease and Mental Health across both DTC and HCP audiences.
Carly has overseen production shoots with celebrity talent and expert spokespeople, bringing complex healthcare narratives to life. She also helped create and implement an influencer engagement process for a leading pharmaceutical company, now used across multiple brands. Her work on a celebrity social campaign promoting RSV vaccination for older adults earned MM+M and Clio Awards.
Before entering healthcare, Carly began her career in the entertainment industry, managing digital campaigns for Bravo and National Geographic, including work on an Emmy Award–winning series. She later expanded into nonprofit and Broadway marketing. Carly holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
